Texas State-Approved Notary Fees

• In-Person Notarization: $10 for the first signature + $1 each additional signature

• Apostille Processing: $15 per document (Texas Sec. of State fee) + $150 average service fee

• Travel Fees (Mobile Notary): Starting at $20 within service area; additional charges apply for extended mileage
